How Do I Access Previously Earned Certificates?

If you have trained multiple times using the same login information, you can access certificates previously earned beginning December 2024.

1. If you are not already, Login to the training center.
2. Enter the Email/Username and Password you created when you registered. If you registered with an email address, but have forgotten your password, you can click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset it.
3. After logging in, navigate to ‘My Account’ on the menu bar.
4. Select the ‘My Certificates’ option from the left-hand menu.
